CSR in the Company

The diploma thesis focuses on corporate social responsibility and its influence on decision of applicants for employment. The theoretical part of the thesis introduces the concept of CSR, its definition and the concept of three pillars and the interweaving of human resource management and CSR. The practical part of the thesis consists of an analysis of the social responsibility of the selected company, and a research was carried out. The aim of the research was to find out if the corporate social responsibility in any way influences the decision making of job applicants when choosing a company. Furthermore, proposals were presented to improve CSR activities for the selected company.

The aim of the thesis is to analyses the engagement of companies operating on the Czech market into the concept CSR and find out possibilities of further development by non-profit-organizations. The thesis focuses on social bottom.
